If Location is what you want then, this is definitly it.
Location is a 4minute walk across Capel street bridge to Temple bar and onto Dame Street, Trinity College and Stephens Green.
7 Minute walk to OConnel street.
Also walking distance to Guiness Storehouse, Jamieson Distillery (my favourite!!!) and Pheonix Park and surrounded by atmosphere and alot of personality.
There is never a need to get a cab to get anywhere, ever!
The area and the apartment is LGBT friendly and welcome.
The room is a large room with a large king bed and other relevant amenities (Hairdryer, clothes rack, towels, shampoo, large mirror) and room for two inflatable singles also when required.
Bathroom has a shower and bath also with hot water throughout the day (shower to your hearts content!!)
Any questions regarding this of course just shoot me a message :)
Guest gain access through a buzz system door.
If you are one guest or a group of guests, there is only one key provided as the security entrance and Building Corporation only allocated two keys for this access per apartment in the block.
The apartment block contains 12 apartments with only 5, including mine, occupied so you're unlikely to bump into anyone.
If at any stage you require anything or if any issues arise, please let me know straight away as it is easier to resolve an issue as it happens rather than after the fact. I want your stay to be memorable and pleasant :)
If I'm around feel free to say hi or if at any stage any concerns or questions just shoot me through a text, I'll always respond.
The apartment is literally right in the heart of the city so street noise (and annoying seagulls from June - August....I mean, lovely mother nature) is to be expected, I personally dont notice it and I'm sure you wont either.
- Smoking is permitted however limited to the back balcony only.
Ive lived in Australia, Melbourne, for 10years and Hong Kong briefly before moving back to Ireland and have been 'home' for 3 years now and currently doing a law degree and in my second year.
I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively so I understand the obvious rules and unwritten rules when hosting.
I have also been an Airbnb guest and on a previous apartment a host also so this isn't my first exposure or experience to hosting :)
I love meeting new people and exchanging stories and experiences, preferably over a beer or wine!
I love everything travel related and my fav countries have been Hungary, Prague, China and Vietnam.
I love cooking and love trying new dishes with Italian and Thai being my favourite.
