I'm renting my room in the wonderful flat I share with two friends. The room is about 4x4m big, has two windows, one of them looks out to the balcony. We live right between central Hermannplatz and Hasenheide park, bordering vibrant Kreuzberg and Neukölln. My two flat mates are usually there, they're really nice and can give you some suggestions for your stay in Berlin. They will arrange to give you the keys and give you a warm welcome!
We have a balcony looking towards Hermannplatz, which is accessible from my flatmate's room (or if you climb out the left one of my windows (do not climb out of the right one, haha...)). You will have space for your clothes on the clothes rail and shelves.
The heart of the flat is probably our kitchen/dining/living room, where you can eat, cook, hang out etc. We share the flat and try to live together as respectfully and considerately as possible.
You can access the kitchen/living room, bathroom, and your room. The rooms in the flat don't have seperate keys, but nobody will enter without your permission, don't worry. Nothing has ever been stolen in our flat, nor have any of the other apartments in the building been broken into.
- My (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) work and study, so everyone will try to be respectful during sleeping hours.
