Our neighborhood is right by one of the oldest HWY 2 which is known as Kingston road. We are surrounded by old trees and park and lake is only 10 mins walk. Close to supermarket. The house is design for living pleasure.The Deck is an ideal place for outside breakfast or evening tea. BBQ and the Jacuzzi is deeper the the back yard which provides ultimate privacy when you are relaxing in the hot tub. We have nice breakfast area with a bar. The drive way can park up to 4 cars.
We are only minutes walk from the lake. Quite and posh neighbors. Old trees and very quite area. It's one of the most sot after location in Toronto. All the amenities are with in minutes walk. We have heated floor in the basement and bathrooms. Master bathroom is equipped with smart TV for your ultimate relaxing pleasure. Breakfast area is equipped with smart TV. The media room is equipped with 65" TV and SONOS HIFI sound system. Small Bar in the basement with complete kitchen. Kurig coffee maker. Huge private backyard. Dinning ware is from ZARA, wine cooler is stocked with sparkiling water and fancy drinks.
Guest will have access to the entire house that includes back yard facilities like the BBQ.
We are constantly in touch with our guest. I have designated people to serve you from 6am to 10pm. Most of the needs are met with an hour. Always appreciate advance communication for any kind of request.

Hey guys the house rules are very flexible as well it's designed to protect your stay as well my property. Your stay is very important. We have equipped this house with smart monitoring system from Rogers. We will have video access to guest entrance to the house. There is only one camera installed inside the house, and that is by the entrance. We have camera installed outside the house to monitor the back yard and as well the front. You are not allowed to have large parties or loud noise. No extra person with out our prior consent. Your access will be denied if you break any of the rules or if there is any complain from the neighbors. Any damage to the property will be documented and sent to Airbnb for dispute. Please note that this house is located in a very quite residential neighborhood. We expect you to treat my place as your place. Once again we appreciate your business. Keys or key code will be given to the person who's name is on the reservation. Any changes please communicate ahead of time so that proper arrangement can be done to avoid unnecessary delay. Large and glass item left behind for disposal can be charged. You are requested to not cook heavy food that requires strong spices which results in strong fragrance, the reason would be simple as we share our place with all of you and we want to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible, hence the policy on odor control. There is a nice BBQ and can be used for authentic dishes.
** Please note that we have one GAS FIRE PLACE on the main floor, one WOOD FIRE PLACE in the basement, you are welcome to use the GAS FIRE PLACE upstairs but the WOOD FIRE PLACE in the basement should not be used. You can use the BBQ. It's directly connected to the gas line and shut off valve is by the basement single door. Please make sure the valve is turned off after every use. If you would like to use the Gas heat lamp you have to request before your arrival so that we can setup the lamps with propane tanks. You also have to sign a waiver form.
