Two lifts operate from the ground floor to the apartments 8th floor landing. Wheel chair ramps lead into the building from the car park.
Parking for one car is provided in the securely gated area surrounding the building. However, being so central and close to the bus and train station there is every opportunity to walk everywhere.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, the laundry facilities on the ground floor and secure off street parking for one car.
I am available by phone throughout your stay and live close by so can attend quickly in case of an emergency.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, in the communal areas or the parking lot.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your accommodation and/or additional payments.
Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and extra payments.
Pets are not allowed.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
