Spend an unforgettable holiday in our beautiful and sunny apartment in the Family Garden Residential Complex. We have strived to strike a balance between luxury and comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have also strived to adhere to Feng Shui principles, so that every minute spent there energizes you! The complex also has a private park with a children's playground and sports facilities, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while your kids play.

* Parking: free parking place in underground garage, that can fit even the biggest SUV.

* Sleep comfort: For your comfort we have provided high class mattress (iSleep Silver Premium) and pillows (Billerbeck). Extra pillows are also available (high/hard pillows and Memory Foam pillows with cooling gel as well. The bed in the bedroom is Queen size. There is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room as well.
The curtains are not totally Blackout, but they darken the rooms enough for most people to sleep during the day, if needed.

* Air Conditioning: The apartment has Daikin Air Conditioners in every room. It also has Infrared floor heating for your maximum comfort during the cold months.

* TV: There is cable TV in both rooms from A1. In the Living room there is a second IPTV provider Vivacom (Premium package) available with an App, installed on the TV. The app is called EON and it has international channels and lots of movie and sports channels as well.

* Internet: There is a high speed Wi-Fi available (1000 Mbit)

* Cooking: We have provided everything people usually need for a short stay in an apartment. We haven't got a microwave oven, but the oven has Quick Reheat and Air Frier functions. A Microwave oven can be provided for your stay if requested in advance.

* Laundry: There is a highest class combined washing machine with dryer. It has a thermo-pump and dries under lower temperature, so it doesn't shrink clothes (but clothes must be safe for thimble dryers).

* Noise: Loud parties are forbidden, but quiet guests are welcome. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people for dinner.

* Smoking: Smoking inside is forbidden, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
