Located in the heart of the Financial District, in the gourmet paradise known as Belden Lane, lies the entrance to two new studio units. Both studios are a mix of contemporary industrial design and Victorian era industrial construction. 20 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, time-worn brick walls, bright hardwood floors, and modern bathrooms create a unique living environment. Each unit has a shower over tub, custom sink and custom bathroom fixtures. There is a shared roof top patio overlooking Belden Lane and the buildings in the Financial District.

This small studio has a queen size bed, twin size sleeper sofa and expandable dining room table. Efficiency kitchen has a George Foreman Grill, Microwave, Convection Toaster Oven and electric frying pan – everything you need to make small meals! It's ideal for 1 or a couple with a maximum occupancy of 2. $100 utility and $100 water allowance and free wi-fi included.

30 night minimum. No pets. No smoking. No unauthorized guests. 3rd floor equivalent walk-up.

I represent multiple properties, if your dates are not available at this property I’ll gladly check for an alternative at another location.

Additional Fees:
1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 3-5% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
3) End of stay cleaning fee $155 - $250 will be included in the one-time fees in the Special Offer total we submit for your use.
4) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size.
5) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
6) $100 utility and $100 water allowance included, guests are responsible for overage.

Rental Terms:
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.

ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.

Owners have a store around the corner and are available to meet guests on arrival and assist during the stay as needed. The unit is well suited for the independent traveler.

This is a 3rd floor walk up (about 50 stairs) over the shops and restaurants on Belden Place. Ideal for the business traveler and people who enjoy a vibrant area. Great location for walking and public transportation around the city as well as BART to/from SFO but not car friendly.

Annette, Coila, Gino and Mario were all very friendly. The location is centralized, safe and surrounded by restaurants. I stayed in the unit for over a month to give me time to find me an apartment in SF. The unit is very cozy which works well for one individual or at most two people.

Annette was very professional and responded very quickly. I absolutely recommend to stay at Ginos Cozy Apartment, because the location is perfect and so is the place!

I stayed for a full week for a conference. The location is great. 10 min walk to Moscone center and a ton of great restaurants nearby. The kitchenette was well supplied as well. But that's really where the praise ends. The bed is OK. The rest of the furniture is mismatched and worn. The whole place feels like it was furnished from a garage sale and thrown together as cheaply as possible. The small TV only has a set of bunny ears that rarely get any signal. There's no Blu-Ray or DVD player so I'm not even sure why it's there. There is very little storage space. A small IKEA nightstand and some open, rusty metal shelves are the only places to store anything in the living area. The closet did have a bar to hang clothes on, but no shelving anywhere. The iron is not a steam iron and the tiny ironing board barely stands up. The bathroom sink is tiny; I really don't think the picture conveys just how small it is. Every morning I had to turn my head and lean against the mirror to keep from spitting onto the floor. Shaving left a massive puddle no matter how close I got. It ended up being so difficult as to be comical. There also wasn't any hand soap which seems like a pretty basic amenity. I underestimated just how loud the outside traffic would be. Every day around 4AM large trucks would drive by. Traffic would honk and people would yell. Even with earplugs all the noise still woke me up. There were also some issues with getting a window shade fixed (it simply fell off the wall the first day) and some clean sheets on the bed. Though it took 12 hours for a response things were finally fixed.

This is a small studio apartment priced according to size. Due to its location in the heart of the Financial District, morning noise occurs when the garbage trucks and street cleaners come daily. The units were built 2 years ago, so they are new as are all the appliances, sofa and fixtures in the unit. The sheets were clean but had stains and we told housekeeping to please throw away the old sheets. We also fixed the shades as soon as we could - those windows are 20 ft high, so it's not something that can be done easily. So sorry you did not enjoy your stay - this is the first bad review we've received.

I enjoyed my stay at Gino's Getaway in the financial district. The location was excellent for a photo workshop I was attending. The accommodations are toward the basic and functional end of lodging, but everything worked well for me. It was important for my photo work to have wifi and that functioned well. Access is a bit out-of-the-way, down a small street or alley with restaurant tables. This adds character, but it was not obvious which door to use. I might have had a bit of trouble finding it at night using the keybox, but Gino was able to show me how to get in. Minor logistics were worked out well with the host via text message. Located very close to Market Street and BART transportation, and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

A compact studio apartment in a great location - right next to the business district and a block from the Dragon Gates. The lane outside is packed with restaurants and brightly lit every evening. I didn't see this stated on the webpage, but the apartment also carries a steam iron and a wide selection of kitchenware and kitchen appliances, so it really has everything you need. When I arrived the apartment hadn't been cleaned since the last guest checked out, but I called Annette and she made sure the place was cleaned up within a couple of hours. Finally, there's an extremely convenient elevator with a door in the middle of the apartment, but unfortunately it didn't seem to be in use.

Gino's rental is fairly decent, but I've had better experiences. The unit is quite small, which I was expecting, but was actually even smaller than the pics made it appear. There were very few amenities available (I had to buy shampoo, coffee, etc. There wasn't even hand soap available) and there was an odd ringing that lasted the duration of my stay. Sounded electrical. Not a bad place by any means, but considering the extra leg work in terms of forms, supplying ID and credit card proof in advance, I was hoping for a bit more. The notion that there is cable TV is also incorrect. I maybe got about 6-7 decent channels. The others either had terrible reception, or were not in English
