Clean and friendly four-story high home with a choice of 3 bedrooms and private parking located in the heart of Melbourne's bustling City/CBD. We are located in secluded Punch Lane next to Chinatown, a short walk to Bourke Street Mall, Collins Street and Parliament Station on Spring street.
We welcome both short and long term stays for guests.
Located on the first floor, this room is the second largest bedroom in the house and it comes with an attached private balcony. The room is equipped with an office desk perfect for those who are in Melbourne for business.

We have installed a digital lock which means keyless automate check-in and check-out for you. You don't have to worry about coordinating a time for meet up or picking up the key from another location. PIN codes are generated and will be sent to you 7 days prior to your arrival date.
We do not have air conditioning and thus will be providing pedestal fans for the summer months and portable heater for the cooler months.
No smoking, drugs or illegal activities:
The townhouse is a 100% smoke free environment. A $250 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in the townhouse.
What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law.
No Parties Please:
Melbourne is a great city to party, but our townhouse is not the place to do it. Please leave your partying to the bars and clubs around the city and do not bring any parties back here. Please be respectful to the neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum and be courteous when entering and leaving the house.
If in the unfortunate instance something is damaged or broken, please inform us prior to departure so that we can replace it for the next guests. We would appreciate you letting us know about any maintenance problems. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you do the following, this helps us keep our cleaning costs to a minimum for you and future guests:
- Take out all rubbish from the rooms and place it in the green wheelie bin in the garage. The yellow bin is for recycling. Please do not leave behind any food, drink or unwanted belongings.
- Please clean, dry and return all dishes to the correct spot.
- No need to strip the beds or wash the towels, that is part of the service we provide.
- If you have moved any furniture or other items, please return them to their correct place.
- Our check out time is 10am. Please let us know if you need to stay on after the check out time.
Please treat the townhouse as your home during your stay and look after it.
