The Salty Seahorse has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator and great views. The Salty Seahorse is approximately 2,600 square feet and offers parking for 4 cars.
The bunk room is set up especially for kids with sleeping for 3. There is high speed wireless internet access provided for your use as well. Dining for 16 persons in the open dining / kitchen area. Brazilian cherry and tile floors, silestone counters, stainless steel appliances, a Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, and every feature you could want in a vacation paradise.
Parking for 4 vehicles and there is a public parking lot a half block away for overflow cars if needed. There is a private outside shower with hot and cold water and a dressing area along with very attractive landscaping.
The Salty Seahorse is wheelchair accessible. The pool is shared with the condo next door and is very spacious with furniture for your use.
- Check In is 4:00pm of the day of arrival. Check Out is by 10:00am of the day of departure. Upon Check Out, the following should be done by the tenant: •Remove all items from the refrigerators. Remove all food items from cabinets – if you do not take it home with you, then place these items in trash bags and place the trash bags in the trash receptacles in the yard •Wash all dishes and return to proper locations or rinse them and place them into the dishwasher. If they will not fit in the dishwasher, they must be hand washed. Any dishes that you place in the dishwasher must be run through the dishwasher cycle so they are cleaned for the next renter. You can turn on the dishwasher as you leave so these dishes get cleaned. •Place all trash in bags and place into the trash receptacles in the yard •Please turn the thermostats (there is one on each floor) to 78 degrees in the summer, 60 degrees in the winter, and turned off in the spring and fall when the temperature is mild (55 – 80 degrees). •Close and lock all doors and windows No pets are allowed; Grilling is not allowed under the house or on any deck; Bed linens and towels are not provided and should be brought with the tenant. If you desire to use a local linen rental service, we can refer one to you; While you are at the property it is imperative to respect others in adjacent properties. No excessive loud noises or obscene activities allowed; Park in designated spots and not in parking areas nearby; Respect the rights and enjoyment of other groups; NO Smoking inside the house - smoking is only permitted on the decks –. Dispose of smoking materials responsibly; Do not run the AC with the windows or doors open;
