Our Townhouse is perfectly situated in the up-and-coming Martin Street precinct. A few metres out the door and you can try out some of Melbourne's latest food offerings and bars. The Gardenvale Train Station is a two-minute walk, with frequent services to the city. You will be sharing a house with a family of adults, who will welcome you and ensure you have a most enjoyable stay
We are offering a clean, though small bedroom in our family house.
It is adjacent to the kitchen and has a bathroom just outside the door to the room. As we have bathrooms upstairs, the one available to guests is rarely used, other than for visitors or friends over for dinner.
The house is in excellent condition with a number of rooms guests can use. This includes the dining area (after dinner and / or during the day), along with lounge room and large-sized TV with Netflix.
There is an outdoor area with bench seats and a covered patio area, which is available and rarely used.
We will provide a front door key. There is only one entrance into the house.
The room is not isolated in any way; hence, we expect interaction with our guests. Our household is very social and outgoing.
Parking is generally available just outside the house, though is limited to 1 hour from 0800 to 1800. No time restrictions after 6pm. Conversely, the street diagonally opposite, has one side that has unrestricted parking 24 hours a day, as does the next street just around the corner.
