Close to the ocean, a short walk to secluded tidepools, a short drive to the Wai‘ōpae tide pools (one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, full of incredible coral and tropical fish), the Ahalanui thermal warm pond, and so much more. This house is completely off grid, in the jungle, but only a 15 minute drive to Pahoa town. Help yourselves to the abundance of tropical fruits growing right on the land!
You are welcome to make yourselves at home on the land. There is an orchard with seasonal fruit available, tons of banana trees, and different greens you can harvest. There might also be fresh eggs available, depending on the whim of my friendly hens!
I work from home, so I am here most of the time, and am always available to help with whatever you might need. Just call, text, or walk over. Please use me as a resource to help you get the most out your adventure on this beautiful island.
We are off grid out here in the jungle, which means electricity from the sun, and water from the sky. That being said, your accommodations include a regular refrigerator, stove, hot and cold running water, and even satellite TV.

I moved to the Big Island 5 years ago because I wanted to live sustainably. I love my land, my trees, and my chickens! I work from home, so I am able to fully enjoy this beautiful, peaceful slice of jungle paradise I call home.
