Trewella Lodge has been thoughtfully designed to cater for family holidays and for those families where wheelchair access is needed. The Lodge is located along a quiet lane less than 300 metres from the pebbly beach in the seaside village of Pett Level. The layout is open plan and spacious to allow for a wheelchair to move around easily. The large sofa and an electric reclining chair make the lounge area a comfortable and cosy spot to sit to enjoy a film or family board game. The dining area can seat six guests comfortably and is next to the modern, well equipped kitchen. All the important appliances you would expect to find in this home from home holiday cottage. The property has two bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. There is a family wet room which is suitable for disabled guests; adjustable wash hand basin, wheelchair accessible shower with low level controls and heated towel rail. There is an additional WC off the lounge. The property has a selection of board games, reading material, I-Phone docking station and stereo radio music player and free Wifi, so less for you to pack. There is the option to sleep two extra guests on the lounge sofa bed should you require but you must request this at the time of booking. We can provide a travel cot and highchair for the younger guest in your party if required.
Outside, The Lodge sits in its own large secluded garden with wraparound decking. There is a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue area on the lawn. There is level parking for two cars, off the road just outside the fenced garden and gate. A decked ramp leads up to the front door.
Although the property has been designed to cater for disabled needs, it makes a fabulous cosy, comfortable holiday accommodation for all the family and is a great base for exploring 1066 Country.
