Half mile to view the sunset! 4 miles to Lido Beach! Don't miss the awesome farmers market on Saturday! Everyone loves to walk the Ringling Bridge, super close! In the heart of everything! Queen bed and a pullout couch.! Jennifer lives across the courtyard, there to accommodate all your questions, wants and needs. This is 1 of 2 upstairs apartments at The Tropical Nut, a 1938 carriage house! We aim to please!
Jennifer has put every amount of love and detail into this 1938 carriage house she acquired in October 2015. Throughout the home you will see original works of art by her. She is there to suggest restaurants or music venues.
I live in the house across the courtyard. I am frequently outside feeding my fish or tending to my garden. I'm outgoing and approachable and encourage you to feel comfortable.
Whatever I can do to make your experience great here, I would be delighted to do it.
Be respectful of the other guests and keep the noise down at reasonable hours. We all want to get along at the Tropical Nut

Hello. I'm Jen, and my new passion is being the hostess with the mostest!
I am also an artist and designer. I thrive on making things beautiful. I paint-'fine art'- and -'funky art'! There are many of my original paintings/creations in the units.
I love to garden and decorate! Repurposing things and refinishing furniture are a few of my favorite hobbies. Trash to treasure. ❤ Happens all the time! I am always involved in some kind of project.
I moved to Sarasota in November 2015. so I love meeting new people and telling them about all the treasures I have found here, especially those who stay at 'The Tropical Nut'.
I seem to attract the right people to the right place (here) and I will do everything I can to make your stay amazing!
