Renovated, charming little cabin (400+sqft) backing onto the woods across from McKellar Lake. Large deck, open concept, sleeping loft, eco friendly compost toilet,wood stove, hot tub & firepit. Shared dock with deep water includes use of canoe. Short walk to McKellar (LCBO, Beer Store,Chip Truck, Sat. Farmers Market). 2.5 hrs from Toronto & close to Ridge at Manitou Golf. Pet friendly.

We have recently connected with a new local Catering Company called "Bobby's". With 24 hours notice you can have incredible charcuterie, cheese or mezza boards and homebaked breakfast baskets delivered straight to the cabin. There is a photo menu book and price list available at the cabin. Don't see it on the menu? Ask Bobby.

Will you be celebrating a special occasion at the cabin? Bobby can also assist you in creating the perfect atmopshere (cake, champagne, balloons, flowers, etc.)

Couples Massage? Contact Perfectly Pampered Day Spa in Parry Sound to arrange for a registered massage therapist at the cabin for a couples massage.

We are pet friendly but ask all guests to ensure their pets are on a flea prevention program. Please poop and scoop.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING SO YOU WON'T BE SUPRRISED
- This is an open space cabin.
- We ask guests to respect our need to conserve water and not take long
showers or run water needlessly.
- Eco friendly compost toilet - not a flush toilet.
- Cabin is small - 400+sq.ft.
- At certain times of the year you will have mosquitoes and black flies. Bring
spray!
- The water/dock is shared. Access is 2 min. walk away across the road
- Cabin is not waterfront. It is across the road from McKellar Lake.
- Only broiler works on oven but we do have a toaster oven
- Individuals with mobility issues will experience difficulty accessing lake
(steep hill) and the sleeping loft.

The Love Shack has a catering service (Bobby's Kitchen) which features a varied menu (traditional Italian Meatball Sandwiches, Chicken Parm), yummy Pasta dishes, Salads, Charcuterie and Mezza boards as well as Desserts. Don't see it on the menu? Ask Bobby.

Will you be celebrating a special occasion at the cabin? Bobby's service can assist with setting the perfect atmosphere for your occasion (flowers, balloons, cake, champagne).

And if you were thinking a couples massage would be nice, Perfectly Pampered Day Spa in Parry Sound will send a massage therapist to the cabin.

Rural, lake country. Our cabin is a place to "re-charge" and become one with nature again!

Opportunities abound for the outdoor enthusiast. With over 15 lakes, numerous rivers, miles of groomed snowmobile trails and leisurely walking trails, visitors to the area will find a multitude of activities to do all year round,including golf at the award winning Ridge at Manitou Golf Club.

We are artistic types who absolutely love to travel! We've crossed a lot off of our bucket list so far (Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and The Caribbean - most notably St. Maarten!!} The Amalfi Coast and Greece are next on the list!

We have two pups we adore and spoil like crazy, which is why our properties are pet friendly! They are family too!

We've spent the past 3 years restoring/renovating a little cabin across from McKellar Lake, just east of Parry Sound (which is now on Airbnb as The Love Shack} Norm did all of the work himself and we poured so much of our heart and soul into this place it just had to be called The Love Shack!

We truly hope all of our guests at Golfer's Paradise and The Love Shack have a marvelous, relaxing stay!
