Things to note:
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (lau). Customers will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the Mrz band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to the person receiving them at the apartment.
