My well-appointed and spacious home will be the perfect home base while you are in Philadelphia.
On the ground level, the open floor plan includes a foodie's kitchen and roomy dining room. The large glass doors open to the fabulous garden and patio, where you can enjoy the outdoors and charcoal grill / smoker.
Up the stairs you will find the living room, a bathroom and guest room with a futon. In the guest room close you will find a washer and dryer available for you to use. The sectional sofa in the living room is the most cozy spot in Philadelphia to watch a movie, equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The living room also has a desk and computer for you to use.
The 3rd floor has a sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom. Unfold the sectional sofa to set up the queen sized pull out bed (sleeps 2). Enjoy the view of the skyline from the sitting area, it is especially beautiful at night. The back bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2), and overlooks the garden, enjoy a very quiet and peaceful sleep.
Guests will have access to the whole house! Make yourself at home. This home is where I live half the year, so you will be able to enjoy my books, professional cookware, art from around the world, and many pictures of my travels. Please take good care and enjoy your stay.
I travel often. I have a local house manager that will be on call to help should you need her.
This is my personal home. It is important it is treated with respect. It is NOT a party house. No parties or events of any kind are to be thrown at the house. Only guests documented on the reservation are permitted to enter.
There is a camera pointing at the front door. It snaps a still photo of the door when it opens. This is for your security and mine. Please do not unplug the camera. If it is unplugged, my house manager will come to plug it back in.
Do not disable the security camera pointed at the front door. It takes a snap-shot of the person entering the door. This is for your security and mine.
