My place is close to restaurants and dining, public transport, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
- Guest Access Please feel free to use my apartment as your own while you are staying. Everything in the apartment is there to may your stay comfortable. Interaction with Guests When I am in Osaka I really enjoy meeting my guests, I travel a lot for work so I usually don`t get to meet everyone. But I always try to leave a personal message for anyone, and can be contacted via email anytime and anywhere. Getting Around Walk to Shin-Osaka Station for access to JR, Shinkansen and Midosuji Subway trains!! So convenient to go anywhere in Osaka. Other Things to Note Please fee free to use the appliances (washing machine, fridge, microwave) throughout your stay. There are towels for you to use, and you may want to wash them if you are staying a few days. ________________________________________ House Rules I am pretty easy-going so please just respect my apartment as you would like guests in your home to respect your property. - Smoking is bad, you should feel bad - or not - but please don`t smoke in my apartment or in the building. - Please take off your shoes when you come inside, because sliding around in your socks is super fun! - Please respect my neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the hallway and after 10pm at night. - Please turn off the AC when you leave the apartment, it`s ECO-friendly and my furniture is sensitive to the cold. - Lost keys means fees. Lost pocket wi-fi means even more, so please don`t lose either. Otherwise, just leave the room as you found it, and don`t forget to leave the pocket wifi and keys behind when you leave.

Born and raised in Osaka, so feel free to ask me about this amazing city.
I love travelling, and I am lucky enough to travel alot for work. This means I am away from home alot, so I appreciate what it means to stay in someone elses home, and I want my guests to feel at home when they are staying in Osaka.
