The apartment is in Condado and Loiza District. Which is a upcoming urban street full of local restaurants, arts, night life, pharmacy, shops and anything you need…!! The most visited beach in Puerto Rico is only two blocks away from the apartment, is one of the most known beaches in the Caribbean for wind surfers, kite surfers, surfers, and all kinds of water sports!!! The apartment just got REMODELED in April 2015 with new floors, new bathroom and new furniture.
•BEDROOM: ONE bedroom with a queen size bed and A/C. Hotel quality, fresh linens for each bed, plenty of pillows and blankets.
• Living Area: Air conditioner unit in the kitchen, living area and bedroom - sofa bed FULL size. In the living area there is a 51 inch TV with cable
•Kitchen: Is completely equipped. The kitchen has: refrigerator, microwave and stove with new appliances and countertops if you enjoy making meals at home.
•BATHROOM: ONE fully equipped bathroom. Hair dryer and fresh towels as well.
•WAKING CLOSET: ONE comfortable walking closet for your bags, plus ironing board and iron.
•COIN LAUNDRY: Available in the second floor of the building.
•PARKING: First come first serve basis. The condominium has parking with 24 surveillance with control access.
•VIEW: From the apartment you will have very nice,amazing view of the mountains, the city and the ocean with ocean breeze and cross wind in the entire apartment….

A 7% Room Tax (PR Act 272) is already added to the total amount of your reservation.
-Please make sure to read carefully the rental agreement. The guest has to understand and follow the rental agreement, which will be sent via e-mail.
-The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
-The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
-All guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Please for security reason keep garage door closed and all exterior doors locked
-Please do not throw excessive toilet paper in toilets (or any kind of waste -Full garbage bags should be taken out of the house
-At check out all pots and pans should be clean. Dirty towels on hampers and bed linens on each bed.
-The guest that makes the reservation should be AT LEAST 21 years of age
- Please make sure the room doors are closed if the air conditioner is ON
- NO loud music and NO excessive noise
- NO sand inside of the apartment
