Warm, inviting house located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, only a few minutes from downtown, a few blocks to the TRAX station (easy access to the convention center) and the University, and kitty-corner to the charming 9th and 9th corner of walk-able shops, restaurants, and more. Jetting off to the ski slopes or hiking trails are only a short trip away as well. A welcome home-base for anyone visiting Salt Lake.
Located just a few blocks from the 9th and 9th district and tucked away on a quiet, clean little Avenue, come stay in Salt Lake with all the amenities you'd expect in a hotel while living with all the space and comfort you'd expect from your own home. The home is fully furnished with comfortable, inviting decor. Enjoy a mix of mid-century and modern design.
The house is centrally located, and not far from downtown for conferences, the mountains for skiing, and public transportation for getting around (it's a very walk-able two blocks to the nearest light rail station).
And as an added bonus, the house is also fully equipped with gigabit internet. Enjoy blazing fast 1G download and upload speeds.
Also, I have two Graco Pack N Play cribs on hand as well, to make it easier for anyone traveling with babies and infants.
+++++ NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: +++++

Guests have full access to the entire house, including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a family room, and a laundry room. The family room comes equipped with a large screen TV and a Roku with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime streaming content, and SlingTV for a handful of live TV stations (ESPN, Comedy Central, et. al.).
The house comes fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including linens, towels, soap, an iron, hangers, laundry soap, etc.
Should any needs arise, I will be readily available at any time of the day to answer questions, take care of problems or drop off missing supplies. Otherwise, guests will be able to enjoy the home for their stay entirely at their own leisure.
This is an older home, so don't expect a modern condo. The home has been recently updated throughout, so the furnishings and fixtures are all quite updated, but it still has some of the quirks associated with older homes, including a basement with shorter ceilings.
Also, the house had a cat living in the house part-time months ago (he would often go a few weeks without stopping by for a checkin for a few hours). So, while infrequently in the house, it should be noted that a cat has been in the house for those with extremely sensitive cat allergies.
- I am open to allowing pets, just make sure to message me first before booking.
- Later checkouts are possible, but I need to be given plenty of heads up to make sure I can coordinate it with the person scheduled to clean my home before my next guest arrives.
I've lived in Salt Lake City most of my life. I'm currently employed up at the University of Utah at the Marriott Library working on to help preserve their digital collections on their IT team. I'm easy going and love helping people out when I can. Whether I'm hosting you in my home and making sure your stay is as good as I can possibly make it, or enjoying being hosted on my travels, I'm always sure to be as decent and kind as possible.
