Our beautiful, newly renovated condo is located on Oahu's tropical North Shore. The condo is perfect for all beach lovers, golfers & surfers. It overlooks the Turtle Bay Golf course & is just minutes from a dozen world-class beaches, surf spots & several great golf courses. The upgraded condo features a clean, modern-design, is fully air-conditioned & is just a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The condo includes one reserved parking spot and is located in a legal short-term rental zone.

We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting in accordance with the CDC guidelines; especially frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc.) before you check in.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated and has everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation. It has a brand new AC unit in the living room and bedroom, new flooring and new washer / dryer. The bedroom features a large king-size bed and the living room has a queen size fold out murphy bed, which should allow you to accommodate 4 guests. We welcome families with children 5 years and older, however our home is not designed or equipped to accommodate families with infants or toddlers. Pets are not allowed.

Some of the features of the condo which make it special include: brand-new flooring and washer / dryer, brand new furnishings including a new couch, a brand new powerful split AC unit in the living room with remote and a new window AC unit in the bedroom with remote.
It also has ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, Complimentary high-speed WiFi-Internet access, with signal booster for optimum internet throughout the entire condo. This makes this property ideal for remote workers, who need fast, reliable internet for work. There is one free designated parking spot, washer and dryer, brand new stainless-steel appliances, new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathroom, new 55 inch flat-screen tv and 45 inch flat-screen tv in the bedroom, digital cable TV (in both living room and bedroom) with over 100 channels, breezy patio with chairs and patio table, pool, bbq area (at pool), tennis courts, golf and horseback riding opportunities and miles of walking trails nearby. The condo is equipped with every kitchen amenity imaginable including: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker, electric griddle, coffee maker, dining sets for 6 including plates, glasses, silverware. Guests also have the use of all beach equipment in the condo including: 4 snorkel sets (2 youth, 2 adult sets) 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and beach cooler. This condo is only a 7-10 minute walk to Turtle Bay beach. Good snorkeling and surfing can be found just 7-10 minutes from the condo. All of the world famous North Shore beaches such as Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline and Waimea Bay are all within 10 minutes drive of the condo! There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, dozens of food trucks a short drive away as well as 2 grocery stores just 5 miles away in either direction. This is the perfect oasis situated conveniently in the heart of the North Shore.

What I love about The North Shore is the green, lush beauty that is just iconic Hawaii and the outdoor activities available near the condo. There is great surfing right in front of the hotel off the point (in front of the hotel pool), there are great hiking and mountain biking trails, horseback riding, golfing on 2 PGA golf courses, there is good snorkeling at Kuilima cove from the beach to the east of the hotel, and there are a lot of options in restaurants and bars at the Turtle Bay Hotel.

My name is Douglas; I have lived in California, Georgia, Utah, Nevada and currently I split my time between Chicago, Illinois and Hawaii. One thing people know about me is that of all the places I've lived and visited, Hawaii is my favorite place in the world. I have had the great fortune of traveling to over 75 countries and Hawaii is still my favorite destination by far. I fell in love with the place when I decided to attend college on Oahu's North Shore. Hawaii was like nothing I ever experienced: the people were friendly, the water was clear and warm just like the air and there never seemed to be any shortage of outdoor activities. While in college I fell in love with the sport of surfing and started surfing the North Shore every day after school. I also took a real interest in the Polynesian people and culture. This interest has taken me to various parts of Oceania besides Hawaii including: Tahiti, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Fortunately my friends and family all seem to share some of my passion for Hawaii and it has truly become a real gathering place for those close to me. When I'm not in Hawaii, I work for Delta Air Lines as a sales representative. I also substitute teach high school and junior high part time. I also lived in Brazil for two years doing volunteer work for my church; I speak fluent Portuguese and I'm learning Spanish. I would like to welcome you into my home and hopefully Hawaii will captivate you as it has me and you will truly feel the spirit of Aloha during your stay. Aloha and Mahalo!
