We are about 10 minutes by car from the center of the strip near Flamingo & Jones. A residential neighborhood within walking distance of various restaurants and Chinatown. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). A second bedroom is available on AirBnB viewable under host's listings.
I live in a Spanish hacienda style house with 3 extra rooms used for travelers. Totally refurbed a couple of years ago with updated baths, kitchen, flooring, wiring, etc. It has a sunny front courtyard looking out on the neighborhood. A large garden area in the back has big mature trees with pomegranate, almonds, grapes, and figs. The place has been called "eclectic" more than once, as I seem to collect interesting things from my travels and guests. The garden is pretty cool with lots of seating for friendly get-togethers.
Jungle Room and Zombie Room share a bath upstairs in the house.
The kitchen, office area, family room, and laundry are all available for your use and enjoyment. We have coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks available complimentary to you.
I tend to work at home on my laptop in the family room most days and evenings. You are always welcome to hang with me as I listen to music, watch movies, or chill in the garden with an adult beverage. 420 friendly and it's now legal in Nevada.
I really enjoy conversations with people from all over the world.
Doggo's name is Sparky. He is a terrier mix about 2 years, 30 pounds, who loves having people and other dogs to play with. He's a bit of a snuggle bunny, but not a pest about it. Set your own boundaries with him. He's cool.
Smoking is in the garden please.

New to AirBnB, but I have hosted over 300 travelers via couchsurfing. I have lived in Italy, Spain, Cuba, and many U.S. locales. I work at home and toil on my laptop most of day taking care of business. Music of all kinds plays around my house.
Talking to travelers over a drink or a meal is the best part of my day. Some amazing stories and adventures. I can often recommend travel routes in the region to maximize your time.
I would like to learn about many things. Sharing is the best.
