This nice Penthouse-apartment with terrace is located right next to the famous St. Stephans church and the shoppingstreet "Kärtnerstrasse". It offers 3 fully equipped bedrooms and two convertible sofas in the living room. In only few steps walking distance you can reach the famous landmark "Stephansdom". The Penthouse offers 180 m² plus 15m².

This unique apartment is characterized by its modern amenities and central location. It is situated right next to the shopping street Kärtnerstrasse. In less than 50 meter you can walk to the city landmark the Stephansdom. The Apartment has a size of 180 m²+15m² terrace and is located on the rooftop of a classical Austrian building. It is suitable for 8 guests + 2 (unfoldable couch).
The stylish decor of the apartment offers both, tourist and business travellers everything needed to enjoy a wonderful stay in Vienna. Bright rooms with high ceilings, hardwood floors, stylish décor with modern design elements give your stay a special charm.
The apartment is equipped with 2 modern bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet) and seperate toilett. The equipped kitchen with an electric stove (and oven), a fridge with freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave invite to self-catering. All other items such as dishes and cutlery etc. are available. The living room is equipped with a Flat Screen TV and a Mediabox. The apartment has 2 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with 2 single beds.

- OUR HOUSE RULES To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, we kindly ask you to read our house rules. When you make a reservation and we confirm it, it is implied that you are familiar and agree with the rules, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in a cancellation of the reservation and charging a full amount of the reservation’s price regardless of a shorter stay. We do not have the right to enter the apartment during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the apartment. In this case we have to inform the guests about it as soon as they come back to the apartment. If we have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let us enter the apartment in order to check the situation. When starting to use our serviced apartment it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their conditions and obligations. Any problem that cannot be solved on the spot with the employees of Urban Flats Vienna will involve the intervention of police. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains will not be considered. Check-in On the day of arrival the guests have to fill in a guest journal for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The guests have as well to pay the last amount. Noise From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. is a period of a night rest, therefore please keep noise level low in order not to disturb other neighbours. The guests are also requested not to disturb the peace of the neighbours and other customers from 12:00 to 14:00. Security Please make a double check to be sure that the main entrance door and the apartment doors are closed during the night time for your own safety. Please make sure that the common spaces are not blocked for other guests and neighbours. Open fire, candles, smoking, etc. is prohibited. In case of emergency contact the emergency service (call 122) and us as soon as possible. The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise then the guests to always close the doors and windows when they go out. It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. As well any electrical appliances are not allowed without the agreement of Urban Flats Vienna. When the guests go out of the apartment they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water, close the parasols on the terrace. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air-conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use. It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water. It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose. We kindly request the guests never to leave a key in a lock. If this rule will be violated and we will have to call a locksmith, the guests are obliged to cover all the expenses. Smoking Smoking in Urban Flats Vienna and in the whole building is strictly forbidden. Smoking in the hall might cause fire alarm. In case of violation we will charge you 440 EUR fee. Cleaning & Damages Please note that Urban Flats Vienna are cleaned before check-in. The guest is responsible for cleanness of his/her booked apartment during the stay. The owners are not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients. The guest is obliged to separate and dispose garbage during the stay. The garbage may only be disposed in appropriate waste bins and containers (please, check our Terms&Conditions). In case the apartment is handed over upon check-out in an extremely dirty and polluted state, Urban Flats Vienna will charge the guest extra amount of money in order to cover extra cleaning costs. Guests are obliged to cover all expenses for damages caused by inappropriate usage of apartment facilities, especially for broken windows and furniture. The guests are kindly asked to take care of the apartment and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another apartment or outside (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery and towels or blankets to another apartment, etc.). Pets Pets are allowed only with the permission of Urban Flats Vienna. Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, we have in this case the right to cancel the reservation. The guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and have to clean the excrements left inside and outside the apartment. Free wireless Internet There is free WLAN/Wi-Fi provided in each apartment. Urban Flats Vienna holds no responsibility for any illegal activies in the Internet performed by our clients. Check-out On the day of departure the guests have to leave the apartment before 11:00 a.m. The guests have an obligation to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
