Second floor loft room with king sized bed, plus futon mattress. En suite shower and toilet. Hot drink making facilities plus access to owner's lounge, kitchen and dining room. Situated in a small village 9 miles to the north west of Sheffield with good public transport to Sheffield. Also within easy drive of Manchester, Leeds, and York. The Peak District is on the doorstep as is the Trans-Pennine Trail and 2015 Tour de France route. The 2017 Tour De Yorkshire passed by the front door.

Very cute place! The room and en suite were spacious. Very accommodating host - we were given information about local businesses and events. Had a lovely visit. One of our favorite places we stayed on our trip!

Dave's place was great. It was clean, attractive and comfortable. The hospitality was excellent. We had a flat tire and didn't arrive until after 11pm, but Dave stayed up late to let us in and show us to our room. There was a futon prepared for our daughter, and she enjoyed a mug…

Lovely room with ensuite. Dave & Linda are wonderful hosts. It's too bad that we were there for only one night. Definitely would return if we are ever in the area again!
