Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee will be required.
*Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Solterra Resort does NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only. Overflow parking is available on Oakmoss Loop and is first come, first served.
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing at vehicle owners expense.
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Renters must leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as it was found.
-Pool Heat is available for an additional fee. Upon request, the pool will be heated to approximately 86 degrees and hot tub to 101. Hot tub heats up when the bubbles are running.
