My place is close to Bryan Collage, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, hiking, boating and more. The basement apartment includes 3 bedrooms and a gigantic deck. The living room futon folds down as well for extra sleeping space!. My place is good for fishermen/women, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families! Located less than 45 minutes from Chattanooga, the house has water access to an inlet on the TN river.
Dayton, TN, is where the the Scopes Trial took place in 1925. The court house includes a free (small) museum. Dayton is situated in the foothills of the Smokies. Although Dayton is a small town, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The TN river provides areas for swimming, boating, camping and more!
The basement apartment has a separate outside entrance and is connected to a huge deck. The drive has plenty of parking. There is a code on the door to lock and unlock the door.
Our first trip to Dayton (we are from FL originally) was to Ft. Bluff where our daughter's played in a basketball tournament. Our oldest attended Bryan College and now that is where I work and my two youngest sons attend.
Places to visit: Woodens Apple Orchard, Ft. Bluff Camp, Laurel Snow Pocket Wilderness (hiking), Rhea Springs (fishing, picnicking and boating), Scopes Trial museum, walking track, and Bryan College!
This rental is in a neighborhood so loud music/party noise late at night is discouraged.
