5. Cleanliness & Care
• Please keep sand outside
• We ask that you bring house shoes or socks to wear inside. At the front door you will find a spot where you can leave your shoes before entering. Please help us keep the rugs clean by not wearing outside shoes inside the loft.
• Do not sit on furniture while wet or with sunscreen residue
• If you are wet or wearing sunscreen, you may place a towel before sitting on the outside furniture.
• Please use the plastic drying rack provided outside on the terrace. Do not hang clothing on the metal railing
• Please feel free to use any cleaning supplies provided in you have any minor accidents such as spills,
• In case you find any damage please report immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
6. Kitchen & Appliances
• Feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after cooking.
• Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when leaving the loft.
7. Safety
• No smoking inside the loft. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside El Encuentro Surf City. This includes all common areas, terraces and parking lots.
• No candles, fireworks, or open flames.
8. Gym & Common Areas
• Follow all condominium rules posted in common areas.
• No food allowed inside the gym.
• Proper sportswear is required at the gym.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Pets
• Pets are not allowed inside the Loft.
10. Damage & Missing Items
• Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be charged according to Airbnb policies.
• Please treat Paprika Loft as you would your own home.
11. Security
• Always lock the terrace doors and the main door smart lock and windows when leaving.
• Do not share access key and codes with anyone.
• Avoid tailgating to the third floor where the loft is located. We want to make sure all lofts are safe at all times by keeping that floor private for allowed guests only.
12. Check out Instructions
• Wash used dishes.
• Take out trash.
