We are renting out our beach house in Spring Lake, NJ. It is new construction with all brand new furnishings and is in pristine condition. The house is walkable to the beach, the boardwalk, and the main drag in town, as well as the famous lake and park - with tennis courts, playgrounds, and boating. Please check out our AirBnB listing for more information, and feel free to reach out to me for additional information, rates, more photos, etc. Priority to families interested in monthly rentals, but will consider weekly rentals.

This new house is the perfect getaway for your family to enjoy a relaxing seashore vacation. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, five blocks to the beach, two blocks to the main drag with the village shops and restaurants, and two blocks to the park and famous lake area with tennis courts, playgrounds, and boating. The rental includes beach tags and pool passes to the North End Pool complex.

The upstairs features four over-sized bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom is HUGE and has a California king bed, a large sofa chaise for lounging, a 65 inch tv, and an en-suite bathroom with private toilet area and glass shower, large jacuzzi tub, and a huge walk-in closet. There is a pop-up crib in the closet that can be utilized as a small nursery. Guest room 1 has a queen bed, a large closet, a 55 inch tv, and a toddler bed is located in the closet. Guest room 2 has 2 double beds and a large closet. Guest room 3 has a queen bed, a crib, a changing table, and a rocker with ottoman, as well as a large closet. All upstairs bedrooms have both privacy shades and black-out shades.

The main floor has an open floor plan filled with light and comprises of a living room/play room, formal dining room, family room, kitchen, kitchen dining area, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room / play room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. The family room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa sectional and a 55 inch tv. The formal dining room seats 10. The kitchen table seats 6 and has a high chair. The kitchen is high-end with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and has a large bar area with bar chairs. The back deck has sofas, a table, a fire pit, a grill, and heat lamps and opens up to a large fenced backyard filled with flat, grassy space for kids to run around. The back deck also has a retractable awning - providing shade at the touch of a remote control. There is a large shed in the backyard which holds the summer essentials -- bikes, beach equipment, beach chairs, water toys, floaties, wagons -- everything you would need for a fun summer day at the beach. The front porch has a porch swing, a bench with coffee table, and two rocking chairs with side tables, and it opens up to a spacious front lawn. The house is situated at the end of a dead-end street, and therefore there is zero traffic. The kids can play freely while you sip coffee/wine on the porch.

The finished basement is huge. There is a 75 inch tv as part of a home theater system, an electric fireplace, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, as well as two other sofas with ottomans, a dining table that seats 8, a bar area, a fridge, an office area with a desk and chair, a bathroom, as well as a large open play space filled with toys, a table, and games for the kids.

The rental includes beach badges and pool passes to the Spring Lake North End Pavilion -- which provides entry to the Spring Lake Beach and Pool with lifeguards, food, lockers, showers, and bathrooms.

The Spring Lake train station is 4 blocks from the house and provides train service to NYC via Penn Station.

We hire a maid service to clean the house for our renters. They will clean before your arrival and after your departure. To allow ample time for these cleanings, we ask that guests check in after 3pm and check out by 11am. Of course, we can be flexible when possible, so please do not hesitate to reach out should your travel schedule require alternate timing. We can attempt to coordinate with other renters and the maid service to make it work best for your arrival/departure needs. Just shoot us a message for your specific request, and we will do what we can. :)

Rental Rules:
1. Smoking and/or drug use of any kind is NOT allowed.
2. Parties and/or events are NOT allowed. The property is for family vacations only. House parties, prom groups, college groups, spring break groups, wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners, events, receptions of any kind, and kegs are strictly prohibited. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25 years.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. People other than those in the rental party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
5. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
6. Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises of the property. Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. Guest is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use and/or stay on the property or others whom they invite to use as/or stay on the property.
7. Check-in time is after 3pm EST. Check-out time is no later than 11am EST. Guest must strictly follow designated Check-in/Check-out times. Overstaying the Check-out time will result in a $50 per hour penalty charge. A half day rent will be charged for unapproved check-outs past noon EST, and a one (1) day rent will be charged for any check-outs past 2pm EST. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested by Guest, and Homeowner is happy to accommodate when possible. Early check-ins and late check-outs are deemed permissible when Homeowner has explicitly pre-approved the request in writing.
8. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings, appliances, and fixtures in working order and in the same condition as their state on the Check-in Date.
9. Guest agrees to use appliances only for their intended uses.
10. Parking is limited to Guest’s vehicle(s). Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
11. Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate.
12. Trash must be stowed in the proper drawstring plastic garbage bags and placed in the garbage receptacle, located at the side of the house.
13. There is no garbage disposal. Guest shall not use sink for garbage disposal purposes. All leftover food shall be placed in a trash receptacle. Guest acknowledges and agrees that clogging the kitchen sink with food shall require the services of a plumber, and Guest shall be liable for all related costs of repairs to cure a clogged sink and bring the appliance back to good working order.
14. No children under the age of 18 permitted to use the fire pit or heat lamps or outdoor gas grill without adult supervision at any time. When using the fire pit or heat lamps or gas grill, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this amenity. Use at your own risk. If Guest breaks any item, Guest may be charged for replacement. Remember when done using the fire pit or heat lamp or gas grill, turn the device fully off, double-check the propane tank is off, and replace cover to protect from inclement weather.
15. When the front porch swing is not in use, Guest shall insure the porch swing is tied down via safety straps. If Guest fails to tie the porch swing down, the house may be subject to severe damage due to wind or storm. Guest will be responsible for paying for all related damage in the event Guest fails to properly tie the porch swing down.
16. The fireplace is a seasonal amenity and is not operational from April through August. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace. No children under the age of 18 permitted to use the fireplace without adult supervision at any time. When using the fireplace, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this amenity. Use at your own risk. When not using the fireplace, turn the device fully off.
17. A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the laundry room.
18. Guests have access to the entire home, except for the third floor attic. Guests are not permitted to enter the third floor attic at any time.
19. If Guest loses a house key, then Guest shall be charged $20 for replacement of said lost key.
20. Beach tags and pool passes are provided as part of the rental rate.
21. If Guest loses a beach badge/pool pass, Guest shall be charged $150 for replacement of said lost beach badge/pool pass.

This Spring Lake home is a beautiful modern home that served as the perfect location for my family to share for my wedding weekend. The home is very welcoming for large groups and definitely has all the space necessary. The home is only 10 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to the prestine Spring Lake beaches. New beach cruiser bikes, chairs, and passes are provided by the hosts. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing weekend and would can't wait to visit again.

Jennifer has thought of everything! In addition to a spacious and impeccably decorated house, we were close to everything we wanted to be: beach, shopping, lake and restaurants. All we had to do was to show up: all bedding, towels, cooking/cleaning and Beach accoutrements (including beach/pool passes) were included, used and thoroughly appreciated. The nice, welcome bottle of wine was a welcome bonus! Communication in advance and during our stay was excellent. I look forward to coming back again in the future. It was hard to leave!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The house was clean, luxurious and perfect for a family vacation. We had several small children with us and this house accommodated them perfectly. We hope to stay here again. Thank you Jennifer for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

We were a group of high school friends getting together for a reunion and the house was perfect for our group for the weekend. We appreciated the bottle of wine!! The house is beautifully decorated, a wonderful open floor plan on the first floor to allow for a group to be all together, and also break into smaller conversations. The bathrooms were large and stocked-- Plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps, very nice!. Beds were comfortable, tastefully decorated. The basement/playroom/game room was a great space, but we had plenty of room on the first floor for our group. Good location - the walk to town and the shops is a few blocks, a couple more to the beach. We would definitely stay again - the group started planning already!

My husband and I have 3 young children (2 daughters - ages 4 and 2 - and a newborn baby boy recently born in March 2017). We enjoy hosting guests at our gorgeous beach house and thereby allowing others to experience the magic of Spring Lake. We know our guests will enjoy the luxury and relaxation that our beach house provides. :)
