Our lovely suite provides the warm and inviting feel of an inn at a much more affordable price. We also enjoy providing a personal touch, taking good care of our guests and helping them to enjoy the area's amenities. As budget travelers from way back, we understand the value of good accommodations for a fair price.

The kitchen corner has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, folding tables and all necessary serving/cooking items. A beach parking permit is loaned to guests. Beach chairs and beach towels can be borrowed, too! Additionally, guests can borrow our kayaks and/or bikes. The kayaks are small, are 8 ft. in length, so they are best suited to river/bay kayaking, not ocean kayaking.
Coffee and tea are provided in the room along with fresh fruit which is always accompanied by home baked goodies! The fridge is stocked with basic breakfast items (english muffins, boiled eggs, oatmeal, juice, butter/jam) for your convenience.
The suite is on a second floor and has an exclusive entrance. It offers privacy as it is on the far side of the house. Our guests can also enjoy the garden sitting area which includes a table for dining al fresco. As mentioned above, there also is a 4 burner outdoor gas grill and picnic table for outdoor cooking and dining. The picnic area is private for our guests and beautifully situated among the trees. The backyard hammock is a great place to relax. A cozy outdoor fire is possible as well.
Through the fall and winter months, we cordially invite our guests to relax by the fire in our living room along with a complimentary beverage. In December the Christmas tree creates a magical feel. Cross country skiing areas are nearby, the ocean is wonderful in winter. There's great shopping , as always, in Portland/Kittery/Freeport (LL Bean!)
