Well furnished, large ground floor apartment. 9 minute walk to Esaka station. Some trains north on Midosuji from Namba terminate earlier than Esaka, but we never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a train. 22 minutes from Esaka to Namba station, so you're looking at 9+22+wait=about 40 minutes to get to/from Namba. Good access to Shin-Osaka for bullet train, which is why we stayed here and it was good for that purpose.
We were there for Sakura season, and there was very little insulation so it was quite cold, however the AC/heater was powerful and did keep the place hot when required. There is a lovely small but deep soak bathtub, which it's possible to squeeze 2 people into if you zigzag your legs, and was a lovely addition.
Large, good storage, nice bed, great furniture. We had some issues finding the place and finding the key, and I hope the host provides future guests with a clear map of how to get there and detailed explanation of where the key is.
Convenience stores are 5 minute walk, supermarket, 2 cafes on walk to station, and great little Gyoza and beer place near the station on the walk home.
For our purpose, which was to use JR pass and be close to Shin-Osaka station, it was a good place to stay.
Compared to other accomodation prices, and considering the nice ~50sqm size of the place and the quaint furniture, we had a nice stay and would recommend it. If you want to spend lots of time in Namba, it is a bit of a hike but not really much more than a "short commute".
