The Harding House is an excellent space for groups travelling to Nashville! Centrally located, we are 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Brentwood, 10 minutes from 12 South, and about 10 minutes from the college campuses of Vandy, Belmont and Lipscomb. The house is one minute off I-65. Living in Music City has been a fun and exciting chapter in my life, and I want to share the joy of our vibrant town with everyone that I can!
This historic ranch-style house with modern interior is an excellent location for groups staying in Nashville, TN! Whether you are traveling with friends or family, for business or pleasure, we would love to host your group at the Harding House. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths--set up for a maximum of 10 people sleeping. However, we could accommodate up to 13 using the sectional and sleeping pad. The living room displayed in cover photo has ample space and seating for a large group to relax.
The entire property will be yours. That includes access to all four bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a large back deck and covered patio area. Guests are encouraged to use any and all kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes to enjoy a comfortable stay. The refrigerator is stocked with complimentary soft drinks and water. Guests are also welcome to use the back yard, nearly an acre of grass.
We respect the privacy of our guests and don't plan to be around the property at all, but will be available if you need anything.
This house is on a fairly busy street, and within half a mile of some train tracks. Most people really never notice, but expect some light city noises! There will be fans in the rooms as well as ear plugs, just in case that bothers you at night :)
My name is Luke and I have lived here in Nashville for about 4 years, and absolutely love it. I grew up in a small town in West Tennessee and moved here to start working after college and in the last 4 years, this city has really become my home. I met my wife Jessica here (she helps me host!), and together we have planted roots here between our careers, our friendships, our church family, and many other now sentimental connections to Nashville. In short, it has been awesome and we love it. With Airbnb, we want to share the experience of Music City with guests from around the world.
Jessica grew up in Rome, GA, and first moved here to finish up school at Vanderbilt University. She has stayed on with Vandy and now works as a professor in the Women’s Health School of Nursing. I work in accounting for HCA (Hospital Corporation of America), so we are working in the health care industry!
For fun we love to travel, make music (I play—she sings), try new restaurants, and spend time with friends. Growing up with farming in my family, I have always had a deep connection to the outdoors and love to hike and camp. Some of our recent travel adventures include South Africa, Canada (Alberta), Jamaica, Seattle and Oregon.
