If you love cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with european appliances for you to cook that romantic dinner for two. If rest is what you are after, eat at some of the wonderful restaurants around this area or simply have some fish and chips on the beach or at your new "home". If you wish to have breakfast served , a picnic pack or a gourmet lunch or dinner for two, please let us know as we are both gourmet cooks. It is available and can be arranged at a reasonable cost. Sorry - not suitable for children.

CONDITIONS OF STAY
WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR STAY SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT WE MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO WHAT The UNIT CAN OFFER YOU. The unit is in a quiet , residential setting. It offers a restful, quiet haven for people who enjoy a beautiful, sun-drenched space to chill out. Please consider if this is suitable for your purposes before booking.
The Guest agrees to the following Terms and Conditions when booking our garden unit at Lennox Head. Any departure from such Terms and Conditions permits us, to refuse the key or immediately terminate the booking.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Bookings are accepted by us in good faith, however we cannot accept responsibility for the malfunction of any inventory articles. The person making the booking must stay in the property and will be held responsible for the conduct of all visitors (no more than 4 visitors are permitted on the property at any one time and they are not permitted to remain overnight). The property is let to you for vacation purposes only for the period stated on the booking email and for the maximum persons as agreed for the booking.
SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $500 will be required. The security bond will be returned in full once cleaning inspection has been undertaken. Funds will be deducted from the security bond if we need to make a claim which may include, but is not limited to the following; excess cleaning fees, damage or breakages, excess garbage removal, late check out.
CHECK IN AND VACATING TIMES: The property will be available for occupation from 12pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made with us. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty. All times quoted are local. Keys are to be returned on departure.
NUMBER OF PERSONS: It is essential that the number of guests must not exceed the number stated when booking, should you exceed this amount your booking will be terminated immediately.
NOISE: Quiet time after 10pm. Guests must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure and at any time throughout the occupancy.
GATHERINGS/FUNCTIONS: The property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT OF GUESTS’ PROPERTY: Whenever you are absent from the property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property left on the premises.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES: Breakages and/or damage to property/and or furniture and furnishings not caused by normal wear and tear will be claimed from your security bond. Please note that it is not our intention to charge for the replacement of a broken glass. Please note that a detailed inventory check will be completed both before and after your occupation.
PETS: Pets are not permitted on or inside the property.
CHILDREN: Sorry but property unsuitable for children.
SMOKING: This property is strictly NON-smoking -inside and outside.
PARKING: off street parking .
CLEANING: Please assist by leaving the property clean and tidy, with cutlery and cooking utensils washed and put away, place wet towels and linen in the laundry baskets in bathroom, clean BBQ area and ensure all garbage is taken out, lock all doors and windows and return keys. Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning fee.
LOST KEYS:If keys are lost all locks must be changed at a cost of $250 to the guest.
We are a couple in in our early 60s - non smokers, love music-jazz, blues, classical , into records, love good food, travel and great company. We have travelled quite extensively overseas and locally and have a well-loved Red Motorbike called "Greta".
