Burkeside 116 is steps away from both the Sherburne Express Quad and main lodge. Clean and cozy, our two bedroom condo is ideal for those looking to enjoy a winter ski vacation at Burke or summer biking adventures on the world-famous Kingdom Trails and Burke Mountain Bike Park.

Our two bedroom condo features three levels, a spacious family room with a 42" HDTV, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, locking storage for bikes or skis, three bathrooms (one full, one 3/4 bath, one 1/2 bath), a basement level bedroom perfect for kids (XBOX 360, flat-screen HDTV), and a private deck.

We can comfortably sleep nine: the upper level bedroom has a queen bed; the lower level bedroom has a bunk with a double lower mattress and twin up top, along with a separate twin bed with a pullout trundle twin underneath; the pull-out sofa in the living room features a queen-size mattress.
The backside of the building features an open lawn in summer next to a brook and a Kingdom Trails connector.
Burkeside 116 is steps away from the Sherburne Base Lodge, home of the Tamarack Grill restaurant and bar, as well as the Sherburne high-speed quad lift. Park your car upon arrival and leave it till it's time to go, while you enjoy all the mountain has to offer. In spring, summer, and fall, hop on your bike and have direct access to the Kingdom Trails network and the new Burke Mountain Bike Park.
While we live close by to provide service in an emergency, guests will enjoy total privacy at Burkeside 116.
Our welcome book includes everything guests need to know to enjoy their stay, including our wifi password and a thorough listing of the area's best restaurants with brief descriptions, a price guide, and distance from the condo.
-No early check-in or late checkout unless agreed to in advance.
-Quiet Hours at Burkeside are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
-Recreational vehicles (RVs, campers, etc.) are not allowed to be parked on Burkeside property for any reason. Guests found in violation may be subject to immediate eviction without any refund of rent or deposit.
-All dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher or washed and left in the drying rack before checking out.
-Out of regard for guests with allergies, we do NOT allow pets of any kind.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, but guests are permitted to smoke outside on the deck.
-No refunds will be given for inclement weather or poor ski conditions. We do not refund due to road conditions.
-We highly recommend all renters purchase traveler insurance.
- Burkeside 120 is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
I'm an author and a teacher, as well as a fourth generation Vermonter and Northeast Kingdom native. Our family loves Burke! We ski the mountain every weekend in the winter and hike it in the summer. We've had a great experience renting our condo on Home Away and are giving Airbnb a shot. My wife Erica and I take great pride in providing our guests with a cozy, clean, and convenient place to stay on the mountain!
