The loft is comfortable, bright and tucked in the woods. We're located near Charlottesville, the Shenandoah National Park and the Appalachian Trail.
Off the beaten path but not too far away from Monticello, the downtown mall or UVA.
The loft has several windows which provide plenty of light with high ceilings and an open floor plan.
The kitchenette is equipped with mini fridge, coffee maker, french press, microwave and toaster oven. Tea, coffee, homemade granola, yogurt and fruit are provided.
There's a king size bed and futon for reading or watching the roku tv.
The private balcony is great for star gazing on clear nights or drinking coffee in the morning. You may hear a Pileated Woodpecker or Barred (hoot) owls calling to one another.
You have your own entrance to the loft which is above our garage/wood shop and separate from our home.
You may park at the entrance in front of the door.
The key will be provided when I'm not available to welcome you.
You may use the pool at your own risk.

There are many wineries and brew pubs. The downtown mall is 30 minutes away for shopping and delicious meals.
The Paramount on the downtown mall has a great selection of shows year round and during warmer months there's Fridays After Five with live music at the Sprint Pavilion on the east end of the downtown pedestrian mall. On Saturdays from April through December the Farmer's Market opens from 7 - noon on South Street.
