An ideal base for exploring the host of activities the exciting Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Our modern, spacious, two storey townhouse has two bright living areas. The upstairs living area consists of an open plan lounge, dining & kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite bench tops with glass splash backs with quality appliances. The refrigerator has a built in chilled water and ice dispenser, so fresh filtered water is always available.
The pantry and fridge are stocked with the basic essentials like salt & pepper, oil, vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, coffee & tea, milk, margarine, as well as a few welcoming goodies on your arrival!
A coffee machine & plunger is provided for your convenience.
The dining area comfortably seats six people, but the table can be extended at each end to seat up to ten people.
The upstairs lounge has comfortable furnishings & flat screen TV. There is a gas log fire for those cold Winter nights. In Summer, ducted evaporative cooling & ceiling fans keep the area cool, but we generally get cool sea breezes in the evenings, so the double doors are fitted with flyscreens to let the breeze in but keep the bugs out!
Enjoy alfresco dining on the upstairs balcony, where there is a large BBQ & dining setting for six people. The balcony has a wind out awning to keep the sun off during the heat of the day, & wind-down shade cloth for further protection from the sun. Enjoy watching the sun set whilst enjoying a cool glass of wine or beer!
The main bedroom is situated on the first floor, there is a large mirrored walk-in robe with abundance of hanging space. There is a flat screen TV & ceiling fan. The ensuite has a huge double shower with twin shower heads & marble bench tops.
There is a separate upstairs toilet.
A portacot and high chair are also available.
The downstairs lounge area has comfortable seating & a large flat screen TV. The glass sliding door leads to the secluded rear alfresco area, which has a dining setting for six people & has wind-down side shade cloth blinds for sun protection.
There are 2 downstairs bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. The first bedroom has 2 king single beds which can be pushed together to make a super king sized bed!
The second downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.
The central downstairs bathroom is bright and modern, with both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet. There is a large laundry with a washer/dryer combo, sink, iron & ironing board. The rear courtyard is fitted with a fold-down clothes line.
We also provide beach towels, beach bag, and sunscreen!
A large remote double garage is provided, plus there is plenty of parking for extra cars in the driveway behind the security gates.
Remote control electric gates provide extra security & peace of mind.
Guests have access to the entire property, including the remote controlled double garage.
We live only 5 minutes away & will be contactable via phone during your stay. We will meet with you on arrival to provide you with the keys & to assist you with any queries.

We are a mature married couple living on the vibrant Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne. We love good food & wine & we love to travel whenever we can.
We choose to stay with Airbnb when we travel, as we get to meet some lovely hosts & find the experience more personal then staying in a hotel. We get to live like locals in some fantastic locations around the world.
We have just listed our home for bookings later in the year & look forward to meeting some lovely people, whether holidaying locally or from overseas.
