New self catering holiday accommodation on the west cost of the Isle of Arran for 2017.
Parkview is ideal for families or group of up to 6 people – with three bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable lounge, large dining kitchen and utility room - which leads to the enclosed garden.
Completely refurbished and new for 2017, the house is comfortable and welcoming - making the ideal base for an island holiday.
You will have access to the whole house and its enclosed south facing garden, which ideal for families with young children and dogs. There is ample private off road parking.
Your hosts live nearby and will be available/ contactable throughout your stay should your require help or information. Information about the check-in arrangements will be provided before your stay.
Weekly lets normally run from Friday to Friday. Short breaks may be available during the off peak season.
If you are bringing a car, we strongly advise you to contact Caledonian MacBrayne to book the ferry - this can be done online (URL HIDDEN)
The maximum occupancy of the house is up to 6 people (including children and infants).
Please ask if you would like to check about bringing your pet dog - well-behaved dogs can be accepted but this strictly by prior arrangement only (and not via instant book). There is an additional charge and there are additional letting terms which guests will be asked to agree to before any reservations with a dog can be accepted.
Only confirmed guest (and dogs) will be allowed in the property/ garden. - if a guest brings more than the maximum occupancy allowed (6), or any dog/pet without prior agreement, the reservation will be cancelled.
Tenants should take good care of the property and leave it in good order and as clean and tidy as found.
Please let us know about any damage or breakages, as soon as possible. We do understand about life’s little accidents, but ultimately the named person who made the initial booking is responsible for the property and its contents during the period of your stay. We will always try to put things right with the least cost and inconvenience to you.

Your hosts, Willie and Elizabeth have always lived on the Arran. Now retired, they have a little more time to play golf and continue to play active roles in the island community.
The Isle of Arran is such a great place to stay, they don't often feel the need to leave the island so they are looking forward to welcoming others to Parkview to enjoy the magic of Arran too.
