Excellent views of Great Victoria Street and over the city roof tops to Belfast Hills. The Gallery cafe / bar is on the ground floor, trendy 'Kitch' restaurant is literally next door and fine-dining 'Souls' is 1 min walk!

Double bed in bedroom and additional IKEA double bed settee (suitable for 2 adults) in living room.


1 bicycle (and safety helmet) is kept on site and further Belfast Bikes can be rented throughout the city.


Guests will be personally welcomed to the apartment and host can be contacted throughout stay via email.

- The Gallery Development's quiet hours are 11pm to 7am
- Please let me know if any damage occurs - things happen and if it's only something small that is not a problem and I can replace/fix it for the next guests. Unfortunately, if significant damage occurs I may have to invoice you for the cost but will do my best to keep this to a minimum.
- No animals allowed - sorry!
- Additional charge of £10 / night for 3rd and 4th person (additional bedding).
- Please make yourself at home - some family games, books and dvds have been left for you to use
- Although check in is ideally from 11 am - 6 pm, we will do our best to meet you outside these hours.

Donna had some necessities already in the fridge for us when we arrived, which was so thoughtful and kind. We definitely enjoyed staying here and felt like we were easily able to access everything we could want in Belfast by walking.

Lovely flat, large windows so nice and bright, with good views. Great location, so near city centre with many bars and restaurants to choose between.

What a great apartment in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you needed was available. We'll be back soon.

Now viewed as a vibrant tourist destination ,this apartment let in Belfast city centre seemed like a good idea.I was not (URL HIDDEN) was convenient to shops,restaurants,cinema and pubs : a veritable hub of activity.What tipped this from an ordinary to a positive feel good experience for me was the modern high-end finish of the apartment itself -spacious with cocooned feeling of luxury and security.The huge glass window at the front of the kitchen living area adds spice with the visual impact of the city pulse that I would describe as interesting by day and stunning by night.Two words jostle with each other for supremacy in my mind to express my feelings about my stay: contentment and fun!-Bill

Valerie and I were planning a night out in Belfast going to Berts Jazz Bar in the Merchant Hotel. We required accommodation close to the City Centre and friends told us about Airbnb so we searched the site and found no 48 The Gallery on the Dublin Road owned by Donna and Alan Dooley. Situated on the Dublin Road minutes walk from Belfast City Hall, Europa Bus and Train Station and many cafes bars and restaurants close by seemed an ideal place to stay We found a car parking space on the street just behind the apartment block, if there had been no spaces available there are number of car parking facilities nearby. The key fob made entrance to the block very easy. On entering we were impressed by a large lift and well lit foyer. On opening the door of apartment we walked into a spacious hall, presenting pristine décor and cleanliness. The overall layout of the apartment was excellent with wonderful views of Belfast City centre. Very modern faculties tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly need. You have all the facilities and more that you would expect from a hotel suite at a more affordable price. The open plan kitchen dining and living areas was exceptionally well appointed self catering made easy with a well equipped kitchen ( Tesco Express directly opposite for supplies). The living area had two comfortable sofas (one can become a double bed) and good sized flat screen TV and DVD player also many board games and books available. Bathroom was a good size with bath and shower and plenty of space for setting out toiletries. Good quality soft towels supplied. Double bedroom good size with ample wardrobe space and full length mirror. Bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen and blackout blinds. We were surprised and pleased how quiet it was overnight. We would highly recommend this for a stay of any length in Belfast.

Alan and I have been married for 25 years and have two children - our 16 year old son is studying for his A Levels and our 22 year old daughter is studying languages at uni. Alan works internationally as a project manager and I am a part time teacher at a grammar school near Belfast.

As a family we not only love to travel but also love to welcome many of our international friends to Northern Ireland.
