We have 5 acres and Fall is a beautiful time of year. There are many craft fairs and events during this season. It is a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Our 4 BR house is an open floor plan-great for families. Our pool is closed for the season. OCT-MAY

Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, glass top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and conventional coffee maker, fully stocked cookware.
Dining room table seats 6 but a nearby table can be pulled up to have seating for 10.
Living room has 2 sofas and recliner, plus TV
There is a TV room (with Blue Ray DVD) off the living room with 2 leather sofas-can accommodate air mattress.
Laundry room is available downstairs. Laundry supplies will be available.
Bathroom downstairs has shower.
Bedroom 1 Queen bed, bathroom with shower. (Master bedroom)
Bedroom 2 Queen bed (Dinosaur Room)
Bedroom 3 Queen bed (Meadow Room)
Bedroom 4 Full Bed (Pond Room)
Shared bathroom for bedrooms 2,3,4. Tub/shower.
Large deck with large picnic table, wrought iron table/chair patio set.
Plastic wicker table/chair set, 3 adirondack chairs.
The whole house and apartment are available for guests. If renting both places there is room for 12-13. There is a 3/4 deck around the house. An above ground pool is available June-Mid September. No pool rafts will be provided There is a swing and a firepit located in the yard.
NOTE*******The firepit and pool will be shared by both apartment and house renters, please work it out between the parties
We live nearby and are available to help or advise on area activities, or to help repair something. There is a notebook in the house with essential home information and notes about the area. ***It will have the check out procedures that need to be done prior to leaving.
***There will be a LIABILITY RELEASE form to sign for the pool.
There will be coffee, tea, cream and sugar for the first morning at least. No breakfast is provided. Also provided are some cooking supplies-oil, butter, spices, salt and pepper. There is a small market 1 mile away and a medium size market 7 miles away. The larger markets are off the mountain (15-20 min away). The nearest restaurant is 7 miles away, Cafe on the Corner. Trenton is 9 miles, off the mountain with several fast food places, and restaurants. Canyon Grill is 15 miles away on the mountain, and offers excellent service and food.
There will be a notebook with essential home and area information. The check out procedure must be read.
