Our 1820's fully restored farmhouse sits between the Camden Hills, Megunticook Lake and Camden Harbor. Town is two minutes by car and there are a great number of hikes and swims nearby. Our home is exceedingly charming with a rustic feel and modern appliances. The yard has a little vegetable garden (which guests are welcome to) and a fenced in yard to keep domestic critters in and wild critters out. We also have a little guest cottage on the property that has a full size bed but no plumbing.
I own and operate a cooking school for home cooks, Salt Water Farm, in Lincolnville, just 10 minutes from our home. We can offer a class discount of 10% on classes for those renting our house.
We ask that pets are fully house trained.
My husband and I love living in beautiful Camden, Maine. I run a cooking school for home cooks called Salt Water Farm about 10 miles down the road and during the farming/teaching season, we live at the farm to take care of the gardens. We are totally in love with our home, its charming antiquity, the views of the fields across the road, the afternoon light and our little vegetable garden. We hope you will love it too. It's straight out of a fairytale and so close to mountains, lakes and the sea!
