The property is a short walk from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo and all the most beautiful museums and monuments. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center near the main museums, craft shops and restaurants.
Recently renovated modern and quiet apartment (80 square meters / 861 sq.ft) with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It can sleep up to 4 guests.
Upon entering the apartment there is a step to climb that gives you access to the modern living room with a dining table with 6 chairs, and a well equipped kitchen corner within a closable structure with sliding panels. The windows of this room overlook one side of the basilica of Santa Croce.
This room leads to a corridor that is connected to the the sleeping area. On the right there is the first bathroom with shower and right next to it is the first double bedroom (with a double bed cannot be split into 2 single beds, width 160 cm) with ensuite bathroom with tub. This double bedroom also has a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. If you go back to the corridor you will find the second bedroom with two single beds (beds cannot be joined, width 90 cm). On the left there is a small laundry area with washing machine and drying rack, as well as a storage closet.
Both bedrooms overlook an internal courtyard. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, and there are sandblasted wood beam ceilings.
