This property is 3300 square feet and features 4 bedrooms and 3 full size bathrooms. The house is situated in Hardin Jefferson ISD but also sits just 10 minutes from the city of Lumberton.
The property boasts 1.25 acres for room to spread your wings, a pool and waterfall, outdoor firepit, trampoline and very sociable neighborhood. There is a whole home generator for those needing added assurance and 1200 square feet of additional outdoor storage for your toys, available for use.
Inside the home you will find a dedicated office, extra-large family room with game table, formal den and a chef's kitchen with double ovens and a 6-burner gas stovetop. The kitchen island will seat six guests, and the breakfast table will host another six guests.
The master bedroom boasts a California king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds with separate trundles underneath. The house is extremely spacious offering ample floor space for air mattresses and cots if the need arises for additional accommodations.
We have three refrigerators on site with additional freezer space in a large chest freezer and there is a 3-car garage attached with three openers.
The house is fully stocked with the basics - cleaning supplies, toiletries, laundry detergent, water, spices, plastic ware, Keurig, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, dishes and glassware, pots and pans, utensils. towels, extra sheets/blankets and other similar amenities. The foyer closet is loaded with games and activities for the kids.
Both the pool and yard are cared for by dedicated maintenance teams, and the house can be cleaned for an additional expense if needed during your stay.
