The Dingle Penthouse is a beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartment, right in the middle of Dingle Town and a very short walk to all shops, pubs, restaurants and the harbour. It is light and airy, with a feeling of space & coziness with comfy beds (including a four poster!), a modern and well-equipped kitchen and numerous books, film choices and wi-fi to keep everyone entertained. This apartment is ideal for couples and good for small families also. Free car parking.
The Dingle Penthouse is located in a quiet cul-de sac land off the main Street. It has free car parking outside and a cafe below for breakfast and other meals. All of Dingle's best restaurants and pubs are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (and most of them within 1 minute!).
The apartment is rented as a whole flat and all areas are available for guests to use, Guests are advised to ensure that the main external door to the stairwell remains closed at all times.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there are two flights of stairs to it from the entrance door on the ground floor. There is NO lift.
The electricity is charged for on a 'non-profit' basis and ONLY if the normal usage is exceeded. The meter is read on arrival and again on departure and is calculated on units used. The normal daily usage is allowable within the rental price but excessive usage must be paid by the guests prior to departure ( please ask for current 'normal usage' rates)
We would ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the common areas of the apartment block ( hallway and stairs) and to give consideration to adjacent neighbours.
We would also ask that you take your outdoor shoes off when in the apartment so as to preserve the look and feel of the place for other guests to enjoy.
No naked flames in the apartment, please and check that all heaters and fires are turned off at night or when you leave the apartment .
Please close windows ( particularly the velux window in the living room) when leaving the apartment.
Please leave the keys in the keybox on departure
