By booking, you acknowledge that the host, property owner, and property management are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur inside the unit, within the building, or while using shared facilities (e.g., swimming pool). Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and that of their companions while on the premises.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that occasional service interruptions may occur, as internet service is managed by the provider.
Pet Policy
❌Pets are not permitted in the unit, in accordance with condominium rules.
🚮Trash Disposal
For stays of more than one night: Please bring your trash to the designated garbage room near the elevator.
For one-night stays: You may leave the trash inside the unit-we'll handle gathered it in one place, Do not spread the trush everywhere
Cooking Guideline
Light cooking is welcome, and basic kitchen essentials are provided. To keep the unit fresh for all guests, please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods such as:
Dried fish (tuyo, danggit)
Bagoong (fermented shrimp paste)
Durian
Any dish with heavy smoke or lingering odors
Strong smells can require deep cleaning, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Additional cleaning fee might be charged as well as penalty that starts at Php 3,999.00

* P300/guest/day during holidays
Pool vouchers must be purchased directly from the condo admin during office hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM only
Sunday: Closed
- Holiday: Closed
NOTE: Pool access on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays requires prior guest registration. Please notify us ahead of time so we can coordinate with the condo administration. Also note that pool fee is non-refundable.
Parking
Pay Parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis and is not included in the booking fee. Located near the lobby & in front of the Starbucks coffee. Applicable charges are to be settled separately.
