On the 1st fl of your house is the bedroom with AC & balcony + bathroom- Kitchen & washing machine are common in the courtyard. You are so welcome to use it as much as you wish;
It is a very cute one storey house:
- On the ground floor is the living room with super comfy sofa, Tea/ coffee facilities, low table, TV and big glass windows.
- On the 1st floor of your house is the bedroom with AC & balcony as well as modern bathroom with toughen glass and 24 Hot water
Kitchen is nicely set up is the common courtyard. You are so welcome to use it as you wish and enjoy your meal either inside your house or in the courtyard.
Guests can freely enjoy the courtyard and its well equipped common kitchen.
Guests have full and independant access to their courtyard cottage
We are always happy to help out our guests with anything they may need and have a nice chat with them.
Our guests can conveniently find us every day in our Cosy Nepal Office located in the ground floor of Yatachhen House on Swotha Square (100 meters away).
There is a newly started construction site nearby the house, which can create disturbance from time to time. It is not heavy work but we prefer you to be aware and avoid surprise.
Gas, water and electricity are very precious resources here in Nepal, please use them very conscientiously. Small problems related to those resources can always happen, we are reactive to fix things once informed but you need to be aware that Nepal is a country where you have to be adaptable ;-)
Nothing special beside the respect of others.
We also encourage our guests to smoke in the garden or the balcony instead of inside the room
Please note that we do not welcome any type of sex tourists.

French travel enthousiast - I have lived in many country including Russia, Spain, Sweden, USA and now Nepal. Today my pleasure is to introduce people to unspoilt places of the Kathmandu Valley, especially the Old Patan where I live.
Very fond of old wood, architecture, animals and nature in general, experimental food and all things a bit curious.
I host along with Sailesh, Sohan and Nigen, three delightful Nepali young men, full of energy and very keen in sharing their Newari culture as well as helping guests in any ways to have an amazing stay.
