Up for rent is a fully furnished basement with a separate entrance from the host family. With two spacious bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, the space could accommodate either a small family or two independent professionals.

Guests will have access to the full and furnished basement in a semi-detached family home. Each guest will have a lit private bedroom with a double bed, a desk, and a shared bathroom with a full and newly updates kitchen.
My girlfriend's family lives upstairs with a separate entrance. But occasionally, we need to use laundry facilities which is located in the basement.
We also would like to interact with guests and invite them sometimes to have meals.

A separate entrance in the backyard will take guests to a fully enclosed basement with two private and spacious bedrooms, a shared kitchen among the guests, and a laundry space share among the guests and host family. The smaller deck is also available to the guest, as well as the right side of the driveway parking. Street parking is based on first come first served but quite abundant. Highly recommend guests to move cars to the driveway overnight and during winter.

Parking might be a little tricky in the winter months when they do snow plowing, it should be easy for us to work together.
We do not have any pets at the moment and therefore, cannot accommodate pet owners. We strictly do not allow smokers.
