Welcome to East Villa, The Scores, located in the heart of St. Andrews, Fife. This House is a beautifully decorated, fully furnished, 19th century villa located on the Scores of St. Andrews! This home has been awarded with a 4 star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board.
The location is less than a two minute walk along the seafront to the Royal & Ancient Golf Club. In the opposite direction, yet just as close, lie the ruins of the Castle of St. Andrews. The centre of town is a very short walk, literally just around the corner.
The accommodations consist of vestibule, five bedrooms, living room, dining room/second living room, kitchen, two and one half bathrooms, and a conservatory. The bedrooms have been individually decorated and each retains its own special character. The fifth bedroom is a large converted attic measuring 18 x 17. This space is ideal for a family or a number of children. The sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 8 adults or a combination of adults and children totaling 10. No Smoking is allowed. No Pets are allowed.
The living room is a comfortable setting for social evenings of cards, conversation, or watching television. The formal dining room can accommodate six guests for dinner as well as having a cosy reading area with two sofas. The kitchen is very spacious with new appliances throughout. For a family feast, with numerous cooks, the kitchen has more than adequate room for food preparation.
The conservatory has become one of the most used rooms in the house. Early morning sunlight streams into this room making it ideal for morning coffees and afternoon teas. Through the conservatory is a large mature garden. A patio with outdoor tables and seating for ten makes this an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the garden. There is also a Weber barbecue to be enjoyed for outdoor grilling.
The essentials include a large, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove top and two ovens, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The conservatory includes a washing machine and dryer. This home also features a large flat screen TV with Free View, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, telephone, Wi-Fi, and full central heating. There is also a printer/copier/scanner/fax machine on the premises

CARE OF THE PROPERTY
• Holidaymakers are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as when they arrived. This is in a clean and tidy state, with the beds stripped where possible.
• The hirer is responsible for removal of all refuse at the end of their stay in accordance with the guidelines laid out in the property. Any refuge or recycling left in the property will incur a charge for removal.
• We ask holidaymakers to report any breakages or damages whether accidental of not immediately. Where necessary we will expect you to replace or leave money for repair.
• Likewise we would expect you report any faulty equipment during your stay. In the event of a breakdown a repair or replacement shall be fitted or replacement within 48hrs.
• We cannot be held liable for a breakdown of any facility which is beyond reasonable control (e.g. breakdown or failure of any electrical equipment, facility or plumbing) or from any misuse or negligence of the client using the equipment.
