Thank you for your review, Natalya. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the location and communication. Thank you for your feedback regarding the flat's cleanliness. I can assure you that the place was cleaned for two hours by my cleaner prior to your arrival so I am sure you found the bed/linen, bedroom very tidy. Bedroom: Please remember that many Airbnb properties are lived in, therefore my personal items were on my shelves. These were covered over and I have not had a guest yet look behind it. I also keep my personal items in my wardrobe. Again, I have not had a guest inspect my wardrobe. There is a cupboard and mantlepiece for placing your personal items and for a two-night stay, I didn't think you would require more. This a rented property and, as is common (especially in London), stains may gather over time. I have also stayed in 5* hotels that had permanent markings on the carpet. However, these do not detract from the overall cleanliness of a place. It's important to note that these are not visually-obtrusive and are not fresh food stains. The bedroom door does not have a lock. If anything goes missing, I believe Airbnb covers you. However, if you are concerned about valuable items, it would be better to enquire at the time of booking. Bathroom: the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly but I do accept that my cleaner missed mopping the floor and I apologise for this. If you had brought this to my attention during your stay, I would have gladly had it remedied. The cold water tap was to my knowledge (and to my most recent guests') working well and I have checked and it still is. Living room: our couch recently did break on one side. However, there is a perfectly functioning and comfortable two-seater couch beside it which you could have used. I understand that this may have been your first Airbnb experience and also for £55/night (in London), I hope that you found the stay overall good value for money. Kind regards, Ciaran.
