Thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry and surprised to hear how you felt while staying here. I noticed that you were tensed and asked you and your husband several times if everything was ok. Before we said goodbye, your husband thanked me and said that everything was awesome, and I was glad about it because that is how I want my guests to feel. Considering the service fee, it belongs to Airbnb. The cleaning fee is 30 euros, and with that, I wash and iron & change all the sheets, towels, robes etc. and air all the bedclothes and clean the whole house after every guest because this is a shared flat. I would also like to correct that I did not ask to clean after the shower but to dry it (it was also said in the House Rules paper), sorry if you misunderstood it. Normally it takes about one minute to dry it but in that way we keep it clean for all of us. What comes to the breakfast, I think we cleared it up already when you were here and I tried to make it up to yo while serving the other breakfast. Anyway, since I just started serving Airbnb breakfast I have much to learn. That was clearly my mistake not to make sure in advance, at what time you want your breakfast – I served it, but you were already out by that time.;)
You were also right that I was in a hurry. I also try to point out on my page that while working, I might not be that much of help but I do my very best. Sadly, it was not enough in this case. I have a lesson to learn to be more clear with the communication to avoid these situations in the future.
