This spacious 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment is located in a brand new apartment complex, thoughtfully designed by a local designer in the heart of East Nashville.

Please observe these rules while staying with us

For the safety and security purposes of our guests and the residents in our buildings, our reservation holders are required to fill out our Guest Form. Please complete this form within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

Upon checkout, please leave one key with FOB inside on the kitchen island. Return the single key to the lockbox on your door, close it, and scramble the numbers. Return the single FOB to the lockbox in the Key Cabinet located near the exit of the parking garage [same code as the lockbox on your unit]. These items are expensive to replace, so we will need to charge you if you accidentally lose or walk off with any piece. Thank you so much for returning each to their proper place.

No smoking in the unit or on the property.

No pets (please notify us in advance if you have a service animal).

We have parking, but no designated spots. Park in any open spot! When you first arrive, we highly recommend you drive to the 3rd level and enter the building at the first door that says “Resident Entrance Level 3”. This door is the quickest access to the elevator or your unit (considering luggage). [See access instructions below for more detail.]

Occupancy is intended for a maximum of 6 people.

Building quiet hours after 10pm. And please, no parties, events or gatherings.

Wifi / Internet Usage - please see Terms and Conditions

Please do your part to be eco-friendly by turning off lights when you leave, conserving water where you can, and turning the A/C off when you aren’t in the unit.

You are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check-out so please let us know if anything is damaged or lost during your stay.

We want you to feel at home during your stay with us! We just kindly ask that you ask that you leave the apartment as close to “as is” condition as possible. We have included your cleaning fee but we reserve the right to charge additional fees if the apartment needs excessive cleaning. This can be but not limited to the following reasons: dirty dishes, any 'leftovers' or perishable food items left in unit, trash not placed in its appropriate receptacle, soiled ovens; if you spill something please be sure to clean it up.

Please use the coasters we have provided for all of your beverages. Some furniture is antique and susceptible to damage.

Please feel free to take the pool towels to the saltwater pool. Please bring them back to the unit with you. We will need to charge you if we have to replace any towels.

Please run the dishwasher before checking out and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or around the apartment.

Check Out time is 11:00 AM - Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions due to the tight rotation we are on with our cleaners and incoming guests.

Amazing apartment! It was better than the pictures and we were more than comfortable with 6 girls staying here. Tons of space, beautiful decor, brand new and clean. Check in was easy and the building comes with so many extra amenities such as the pool, gym, coffee bar, fire pits and grills. The location isn't the best but we already knew that going in and it is a quick and cheap Uber ride to Downtown. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Apt. Is exactly what it says it is! And ideal for our stay. Close to Krogers grocery store, nightlife, easy for Uber & Lyft to find. All of the added perks in the building were amazing too! Pool was perfect, grill area, perfect! People that live there, extra nice! Almost made us want to buy there! House rules and directions were perfect too! If this place is still an Airbnb the next time we visit Nashville we'll definitely be looking to stay here again! Thanks!!!

Great apartment! Very close to some newer restaurants in East Nashville, and very walkable to downtown. The pool is great for beating the heat!
