Timbertop was built in the 1970s and features many original features and fittings. Close to James Street, Tallebudgera Creek and Burleigh Beach. We would love to share this special beach house with you.
The lounge offers a very comfortable sofa bed and discreet doors to close off the lounge if you wish to have 4 people stay. The house is breezy and cool on hot days and cozy and warm in the winter time.
Our verandah offers perfect sunset views and couch lazing, and an abundance of aloe vera if you catch too much sun! Kitchen appliances include: aeropress coffee maker, Breville juicer, microwave, hand held blender and weber gas bbq.
Please be aware some of the house is vintage though in good condition, with a brand new bathroom featuring monsoon shower. During the summer months we have exceptional breezes and the house is lovely and cool. The main lounge has air conditioning, and is able to be closed off for very hot days if you prefer, and the bedroom includes a ceiling fan.
A rare and special place we would love to share.
There is a shared laundry available if needed with ample drying space.
Our Timbertop home has a steep driveway which is great for views! However if you have specific access requirements do get in touch with us prior to booking. You are welcome to park at the top of the driveway. We are the top floor of a split level home and there is one flight of stairs up the side of the building for access.
