Coolum Beach is a pretty seaside town in South Queensland, Australia, just 120 kilometres north of Brisbane along the fast Bruce Highway. Being a golfing and surfing magnet makes it perfect for family holidays. Its entertainment and shopping strip looks out across a park connecting to the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. We also happen to have one of the best surfing breaks in all of Queensland.

We have a lovely townhouse exclusively available for you. It is comprehensively equipped for eight, yet everything is so practical it makes the ideal lock up and go. Use it as a base to explore coral diving at Noosa fifteen minutes to the north, or shopping therapy at Maroochydore a similar distance to the south. Maroochydore is chock full of cinemas, fashion shops, department stores, and trendy bars and you should lack for nothing.

If you prefer to chill out locally in nature, you will find everything you want on your doorstep for a perfect holiday. Slip into your shorts and thongs, grab a picnic basket crammed with your favourite goodies, and stroll down to discover Queensland’s best-kept secret, Coolum Beach, where sun-filled family holidays really do come true.

You will want to go down to the beach first thing in the morning, as the sun tiptoes above the horizon and bathes the water in a golden glow. Perhaps later in the day you might like to try a gentle forty-minute bush walk up the slopes of Mount Coolum National Park. The 360-degree view takes in the beach, the north and south coast, and the wilderness inland. Coolum truly has everything and we have the perfect place to stay.

Unlike purpose-build resorts that try to cram everything into the tiniest spaces, our accommodation at Growder Court began its life as a roomy family home in an upmarket condo. We offer a spacious main bedroom upstairs with private veranda facing south, two further decent-sized rooms each sleeping three, plus a bright and airy bathroom just like you probably have at home.

Downstairs we have a generous lounge-cum-diner, a spacious kitchen, and a private laundry just for you. We include pillows and doonas in the standard rate, and single foam mattresses for using downstairs in the living area. By your order, we provide single sets of bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and washers at $17 per bed (one guest) or $24 per bed (two guests).

Coolum Beach is a little piece of heaven for kids of every age, especially little ones. The Palmersaurus theme park has robotic dinosaurs roaming about the place and providing genuine excitement. The Australian Zoo is a short 45 minutes down the highway with learning adventures worthy of Crocodile Dundee. The Aussie World Theme Park nearby is waiting to provide you with all the fun of the fair.

You will find more detail elsewhere on this page regarding what we have to offer at Growder Court 3. For now, we will just mention our 55-inch smart high-density television, not to mention our free Wi-Fi, Apple, Telstra TV, Netflix and Stan. We have ceiling fans all over the place that make holidaying in Coolum Beach a breeze. Unless you want to experience the real thing in a private garden with fab barbecue right outside the door.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation:

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Full Tariff i.e. 100% is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is refundable in full if 5 days notice is given prior to check-in date. If less than 5 days notice then there will be $150.00 cancellation fee unless the house is re-let for the entire period.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Unless if agreed in writing by the owner.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Linen is to be supplied by the tenant unless if hired. BYO bed linen i.e. bed sheets, pillow cases, towels and washers. We supply doonas and pillows. If you wish to hire linen it is an additional $17 per bed (1 guest) or $24 per bed (2 guests).

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.



Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

David and Hilary have put a lot of thought and effort into equipping their place and providing very clear directions It is in a quiet location minutes walk from the beach and shops To note bedrooms are upstairs and I understand heating is going to be installed in October - it was cold as the lounge room faces south with no natural sun. The balcony off the main bedroom was great and beds were comfortable

Nice townhouse, walking distance to the beach and the city. BBQ in the back, netflix provided, really good for that relaxing long weekend stay.

Great location! Only a short walk to the beach or main drag of Coolum Beach. Extremely easy to access which was great. Would definitely stay again.

The house and the surroundings are amazing! Close to the beach and good BBQ place. Be aware that no towels and linen is provided.

It is very convenient to get to the Coolum beach (about 5mins walk and 2 mins driving). There are some restaurants and shops close to the unit (about 3 mins walk). The house is a 2-floor townhouse. It is very clean, tidy and sweet for a whole family. All of the facilities are the same as the pictures showed on the website. It was easy to check in. The keys were just in the lockbox at the front door. It was a wonderful time to stayed in this beautiful townhouse. Thank you very much to gave us this amazing place in Sunshine Coast.

Sunshine Coast is a great place for a holiday. Coolum Beach has been modernised but still has the grace of a beach side village with cafes, restaurants and shops. Heaps of parking and no parking metres. Noosa National Park is protected on north side for paddle boarding, swimming and snorkelling.
