Pillow options: contoured memory foam, feather, or cotton.
Cotton sheets with 2 duvets and woolen blankets in the Winter.
New'ish towel sets.
See my other listing titled 'Lounge/Shared Room' to book the whole lounge with a very comfy Queen-sized air mattress with topper pads plus 2 couches comfortable for sleeping on. Entertainment centre included.
Sliding door called a Ranch Slider, with a balcony and emergency exit door behind the leather couch.
Fire alarm behind the curtain.
The private bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a desk and chair, closet; shelf/drawers (& other drawers available); a rotating fan and tissues plus local travel brochures.
Two porches, a laundry, dining room, shared lounge, 2 driveways and one internal garage. Also stretch bands etc for gym work in the internal garage. 3 bicycles and helmets, however BYO helmet for best fit.
Mobility impaired handrails are also at all 3 entrances and in the toilet.
The Kitchen and dining room will still be available, as well as balconies and back garden and the great outdoors. When the lounge is being used for accommodation it will be kept private for them alone.
I can either guide you around, be available initially, be in and out at various times or disappear for half a day if you would prefer. Just let me know!
As a Natural Health and Wellness Professional of many years experience, I am the only AirBNB person in Omokoroa offering the unique services of in-house therapies should you wish them. I can offer some organic foods, special detox diets, fasting supervision, relaxing head, neck & shoulder massages, hand &/or foot reflexology (acupuncture without the needles), homeopathic First Aid & constitutional consultations, herbs & essential oil use, with an intuitive listening ear.
NB: Any health and bicycle services are extra to basic accommodation fees and are to be booked and paid via Direct Debit beforehand or on a 'cash on the spot' basis at the time of the therapy or remedy taken. I am happy for you to phone to discuss your needs first.
Mainly let sense and consideration prevail but just to be clear on a few points...
This is often overlooked and is important to me...please text or phone me when you know what time you will check in. If you wish to come later or even a bit earlier than 3-5pm please re-arrange directly with me the day before-hand.
I have Unlimited WIFI and it is on all day but we switch off each night to enhance a peaceful sleep for all.
Any property damage or loss attributed to yourselves will need to be reported and paid for before departure.
This is a completely drug-free zone so no smoking outdoors either please.
Otherwise just enjoy yourselves and let me know if anything is needed to help you do so at the time. It's no use moaning about it later if I could fix it during your stay :-) Relax and Rejuvenate!

I am a well-rounded single person now, comprising a blend of self-reliance, with health & happiness in a calm environment, being a priority. I like to set the mood with cruisy music so bring your own instruments for an evening jam. Also I have a strength and passion for natural health education. Also a big interest and some experience internationally, so have an open mind and heart to differences in people. I would like to share with you some good ole Kiwi hospitality by a real Kiwi :-).
